Responsibilities:

  • Executing sales strategies to achieve annual sales and revenue growth targets in the dedicated region. 

  • Identification of new sales targets to maximize new business. 

  • Identify business opportunities from new and existing clients 

  • Maintain relationships with established portfolio clients and pro-actively work with them to maximize client revenue potential 

  • Monitor and analyze portfolio client trading activity and identify areas of opportunity to improve pricing coverage that will lead to increased trading activity 

  • Maintain close relationships with local market contacts to win market intelligence and feed them into the organization 

Requirements:

  • Skilled Sales / Account Manager person with solid contact portfolio

  • Reliable and capable of creating customer loyalty and performance through a consultative approach and ability to identify client business requirements. 

  • Proven track record in selling treasury and/or trading solutions to the financial community 

  • Practical experience for a minimum of 5-10 years’ in global markets sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industry 

  • Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science or equivalent 

  • Credible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skills 

  • Service and detail-oriented 

  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team player 

  • Fluent in Japanese and English, other languages are a plus
